Executioner uncage animation issue

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When an uncage is performed just as the cage teleports from Killer proximity, the uncaged Survivor is stuck in the "being unCaged" animation for the rest of the match, even after being unhooked later on.

1. Torment Survivor
2. Down Survivor
3. Cage Survivor
4. Approach Cage as another Survivor is unCaging Caged Survivor
5. Cage teleports, sticking previously Caged Survivor in "being unCaged" animation for the remainder of the match.
