SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Legion getting the instant down from 2 Frenzy hits instead of the regular 5, and not suffering the long cooldown he/she/they normally go through upon final Frenzy hit. Happened on RPD.

PLATFORM:

I'm on PS5. The killer was on PS5.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Played against Legion. He/she/they went into Frenzy, hit me once, hit me the second time while in Frenzy, I went down. Killer immediately returned to normal walk speed after suffering no post-Frenzy cooldown.
