Could not snap out of tier 3 madness

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

I'm not entirely certain what caused it but i remember having a skill check pop up for the snap out of it action right when i let go of the mouse. I wanted to 99 my madness but i was no longer able to attempt to snap out of madness. I also was still affected by madness and couldn't work on gens or heal other people.

    I just came here to post this, I’m on Xbox and it just happened to me. The doctor hit me while I was snapping out of it and I had no do anything else the rest of the game except I was able to open the exit.
