HillBilly Bloodweb bug

Bloodweb isn't functioning correctly and freezing on the hillbilly, and only the hillbilly, i have tried to level up every other killer and it has worked perfectly fine

I load into dbd, i can level up all of my other killers fine, but when i try to level up the hillbilly my bloodweb completely freezes, i can choose and highlight the things in the bloodweb, but when i click them, nothing happens, and then i cant interact with any of the things on the left at all, as in the shrine, customisation, loadout, the bloodweb stays open, i can ready up for a match but when i try to leave, it is interactable but won't let me actually leave
