Red exclamation marks do not disappear when they should

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Red exclamation marks do not disappear after checking them

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1. Have red exclamation mark in "inbox"
2. Go into "inbox"
3. Red exclamation mark will disappear
4. Go into a lobby
5. Back out into main menu
6. Red exclamation mark will come back
7. Similar behaviour is happening with store section, pls fix that and add "clear all red exclamation marks" button
