Taurie perks not showing

I recently p1'd Taurie, so I should have her perks as yellows on my other survivors. However, for some reason they are nowhere to be found on them, not even in the bloodweb. Searching the perks by name didn't show them either.

    okay, so I just reopened the game, and suddenly Taurie is back below p1. Idk how or why this happened, didn't even get the bp's for it back, but whatever I suppose.
