Reaching unintended spots

On "Disturbed ward" (crotus prenn asylum) there is a bug that allows survivors to climb onto boxes next to the main building. I'm guessing that that cannot be hit from below unless it's a ranged killer. Sorry for discord noise in the background of videos.
