SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After exiting Madness 3 once, I was unable to for the rest of the game

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: -Play against Doctor, reach Madness 3 against both Ultra Rare addons. See if you can exit Madness Tier 3.
