Doctor Bug: Can't break out of Tier 3
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When bug occurs, you are only able to interact with the environment or unhook. You are unable to mend yourself or others. You are unable to do gens, are unable to do totems, and are unable to break out of tier 3. The game will not give you the prompt to do so. Its like it disables your ability to do anything but unhook, vault, or go into lockers. You are still able to run and crouch.
PLATFORM: XBOX
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Either going into or already in tier three. You are vaulting a window and either get hit by doctor by melee or by ability.
