Console performance issues on haddonfield

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Ever since the 7.7.0 mid chapter that reworked haddonfield for the 2nd time, there has been horrible frame rate drops around the houses and especially in the basement house on Xbox series x.

PLATFORM: Xbox Series X

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was looping the killer in the basement house and my game was performing terribly, frames dropped the most in the basement house and sometimes in the Main Street. It felt as if I was playing on mobile.
