Missing Animations When Another Survivor DC'ed During Hook in 2v8, Then Later Game Crashed

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: A series of bizarre occurrences happened when a Survivor was Caged and a Cage did not show up. The Survivor appeared in the Idle Injured animation, but was functionally hooked. Then later, a Survivor bot that DC'ed flickered in and out of rendering, entered the caged animation and flew into the sky, then my game crashed.

1. Play Survivor in 2v8
2. Hook a Survivor

It's unknown how this occurred.
