Tome 6, Level 3, "Means to an End" not registering progress.
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Nothing done under any circumstance will progress this challenge. (Stun the killer with a reset pallet 1 time, while using Any Means Necessary from Yui Kimura)
PLATFORM: PC/Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Stunned the killer with a reset pallet on multiple occasions. (Also had a friendly Wesker that let me do it over 10 times). Stunned the killer with the pallet, reset it, stunned again with the same reset pallet, nothing. Made sure only 1 pallet got reset all game, stunned, nothing. Picked Dwight (at one point tried this with Yui as well), only perk equipped the required one (Any Means Necessary), no items, no offerings, stunned killer with a reset pallet, nothing. The challenge is bugged and needs to be examined.
