Can I disable V-Sync in this game?

Mochan

I read somewhere i can disable V-SYnc in the ini files. Easy enough. I can do that. I desperately want to turn V-Sync off.

But my question: is this bannable? I heard that messing with Ini files can result in a ban. If I turn of V-Sync and ONLY V-Sync is it bannable?
