Constantly getting message initialization error

PS5:

At the start of trying to play games it takes me 20 tries before I ever get past the error. Yesterday couldn’t get past it.

    I've been having problems for days. I've made a report twice. No luck. They keep giving me the "try restarting your console!" "try restarting your wifi!" blah blah blah. As if I didn't try that days ago.

    For God's sake can anyone at BHVR please do something about this??
