Not being able to hook - Blood Lodge
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was playing on Blood Lodge as Wraith and I was not able to hook survivors at one point in the game. I would carry them to a hook (scourge hooks) and the game wouldn't let me hook them. I am not sure if this is a bug, or if someone was cheating in the match. I reported the survivor players, just in case.
PLATFORM: PC - Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Get on a match as Wraith. Perks: Pain Resonance, Dead Man's Switch, Plaything, and Pentimento. Add-ons: Coxcombed Clapper, and Swift Hunt - Blood. Hook 4 survivors first and then try to hook them a fifth time and you should not be able to hook them.
