Core Memory: Disturbing Notions Tome Challenge Bug

FallenArchangel666

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

The Memory itself refuses to spawn in. Did 3 generators on my own and no core Memory shard spawned. Have attempted it in the snowy lodge map, the theater map, Mother's Dwelling, Foresaken Boneyard and Dead Dog Saloon.

PLATFORM: Xbox Series S

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Step 1: Open Tome 18- Revision and activate Core Memory: Disturbing Notions.

Step 2: Spawn into the match as a survivor.

Step 3: Play the map completing gens as normal.

Step 4: Upon completing a generator the promised Memory Shard doesn't spawn at all.

Step 5: Finish out the match doing gens with the damn Memory Shard never spawning in.

VIDEO: None due to me doing this report on my phone while the game is on console.
