Survivors can fake vaults by lagging their game.
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: By spamming F11, survivors can cause the killer to see them vault, but actually they have not vaulted.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Step 1: Find a window or pallet.
Step 2: Press space, then immediately spam F11 (I've found 6 to be the ideal number of presses).
Step 3: If you timed it right, you should see yourself vault, then teleport back to where you vaulted from. The killer sees this too.
