Decisive did not work although skill check hit
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After hitting DS skill check i did not get off the shoulder (Bubba). Additionally the wiggle bars did not show up and i did not get the wiggle progress bar

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Got downed by a bubba, bubba came back, chased me (map was Crotus Prenn Asylum). I ran upstairs the main and got downed again. The DS skill check appeared, i hit it but i remained on the shoulder (Dwight was my character). The wiggle bars did not show up while he carried me, additionally i could not see a wiggle progress bar.
We were a 4man SWF and one mate did watch me hitting the skill check in the spectator mode after being killed.
