I hope the Skull Merchant rework will be worth the wait...
Lets not make the same mistake like you did with Twins, waiting over 2 years just for the entire rework to be scrapped due to being horribly balanced.
Just give her a new power, think about what she can do with her drones that isn't just are control, since that was the main issue of her being hated in the first place, maybe also lean into her being a manga fan, or actually you could make her name make sense with her power, there are tons of possibilities, so make them count!
Like wouldn't it be cool while playing as her, there was an actual Merchant in the Trials with their own currency you could earn to trade for drone buffs or new abbilities? Survivors would also be able to interact with them for some new sweet temporary items! At least I think that would be cool haha.
