Clown Bottles Cause Survivors Screams to Display for Survivors

I was playing on PS5. The Clown killer was cross platform. The map was Autohaven Wreckers - Blood Lodge. The clown’s addons were ‘Ether 15 Vol%’ and ‘Flask of Bleach.’

Every time a survivor screamed because of the clown bottles, their scream lit up on my screen as if I was the killer. Personally, I hate the visual clutter and I really hope this is a visual bug.
