Bardic inspiration not working at all!

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: now when you try to play bardic inspiration you character moves slightly and then nothing happens and the perk goes on cooldown

PLATFORM: PC/Epic games

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Pressed E with perk equipped

    Thanks for coming to the Forums with this! Can you please add additional supporting information to your report? Did this occur after the patch today?

    Hi, yes. Few minutes age when I started the game it did that. but it seems reinstalling the game made it work.
