Corrective Action should show the survivor to everyone and make the survivor who failed see everyone
Come on BHVR, do it, just show the survivor to everyone including the Killer, and let the survivor who failed know that everyone is pointing at them.
It'd be funny for a chase to stop just so both can laugh at the survivor, think of the funny interactions.
