Perk purchasing change
To reduce the grind, when a perk comes up in the bloodweb whether it's tier 1 or 2, allow us to upgrade it immediately to tier 3.
For example, Dead Hard goes from uncommon at tier 1, to rare at tier 2 to very rare at tier 3. If we get Dead Hard tier 1 on our bloodweb allow us to either pay for its tier 1 price OR buy it immediately at tiers 2 and 3 for whatever the total cost would be. So if it's at tier 1 and we purchase a tier 3 upgrade we would pay a total of 15k BP.
Or maybe this could be a benefit of prestiging.
