I could probably test this myself easily but I will ask anyways. What happens if you have tokens AND hit an actual great skill check? Does it give you a "double" great skill check? Or do you simply maintain the token and it counts as a regular great skill check. I'm betting it doesn't give you double but I think that could be cool.

If you hit a great skillcheck while having tokens, you dont consume tokens.
Run it in conjunction with spine chill to cash in tokens faster warning spine chill reduces success zones while active.
