Spawned into match with just 3 survivors
Loaded into a lobby, all things appeared to function as normal. The UI only shows three survivors as soon as survivors and killer spawn into the map, . During the duration of the match, I never saw or encountered the missing survivor that loaded into the lobby.
Platform was on PC, played on the Chaos Shuffle Modifier, played on the morning that perk tier/rarity was fixed. Played on Wretched Shop against the Dark Lord. On end game screen it shows Vittorio DC'd.

I think the first couple minutes are relevant to this bug since it included loading into the lobby and the match.

Have had the same thing happen and it said the fourth player DC'd.
Aw yes, you should have right. And no bot replacement when it happens just at the end of the loading screen probably…
