Legion half frenzy half not

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

I am chasing a player while in frenzy, then they drop a pallet on me and they blind me and i click the frenzy button while all of this is happening and after that i ran as frenzy but at the same time it shows that its not decaying the timer and i cant jump nor brake pallets i can hit but not lethal i see after i hit a player that they get down but after this they teleport(only on my screen) somewhere next to me injured as if i did not hit them.
