First Person Glitch on The Good Guy

I've just had a Chaos Shuffle match on Forgotten Ruins with the "Charred Chucky" Skin, and after vaulting a window, my FOV got somehow glitched and whenever I moved my mouse around, I could see myself inside of Chucky's face. (See in video) This is the first time this has happened to me, and I play Chucky fairly often.

Perks: NOED, Pentimento, Beast of Prey, Shadowborn

Add-Ons: Plastic Bag, Strobing Light

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

I downed a survivor with Slice & Dice on a window, then vaulted it normally afterwards. The the glitch happened.
