I don't know why you want to decide to kill her off before the rework but this is unethical. This idea of murking a killer is bad. The massive destruction of perks in update 6.1 was bad. The freddy, sadako, twins and trickster updates are bad.

I don't know who is in charge of balacing your game, but my advise is to find someone more competent because many are getting sick and tired of this nonsense.
