Rewarded the Standard edition rewards for DBD for TCoFT not deluxe

I went on the behavior website and claimed the rewards for the standard edition, but I did not receive the other deluxe edition cosmetics for Dead by Daylight, which were a mask for the trapper, two icons, and some cosmetic totem hangers. After another person reported this bug, the mods closed the forums. I have both games on PS5 and they are connected to each other.

I have this same issue on PS5 as well. Pre-ordered Deluxe edition from first day of the pre-order being available and it only gave me standard rewards.

Same here I was thinking to uninstall and then reinstall to see if that works, but I don't want to because it took me a really long time to install the game in the first place.
