Dredge getting locked inside lockers

Haven't really played Dredge enough to know if this is a common problem, but I seemed to be randomly getting stuck after teleporting inside lockers tonight. Happened a few times in different games. I could teleport out afterwards when my charge came back so wasn't a big deal, but kinda annoying at the same time.
