PC - Alan Wake's blazer is bugged when hooked

Quite hard to see as the map is dark but his blazer seems to be tucked into itself. This happens almost always and it looks like that as well when unhooked.

This is what it looks like after being unhooked, apparently his blazer is still tucked into itself when he is unhooked.
