Dark Lord's Sylph Feather bug
PC but may be all platforms.
When pairing The Dark Lord's Sylph Feather add-on with the Ruby Circlet functions as normal with 0 tokens on Sylph Feather, but with at least 1 token on Sylph Feather, the cool-down becomes like 14 seconds and 12 seconds when at 5 tokens.
