bardic inspiration still bugged a bit

I play on steam and tried to use bardic inspiration. It lets you play the lute and you get the bonus but only for a little while. It gives the bonus only 15 seconds after finishing the lute. It's not letting me attach my video but i posted on twitter about it. The dice roll is also bugged still where it takes forever to show you what roll you got.
