Dracula - Stacking Hellfire cd reduction addons does increase Hellfire cd instead of decreasing it

albertoplus

Was doing some testing with the two addons that decrease Hellfire cooldown:

Brown addon Ruby Circlet (10% Hellfire cd reduction)

Green addon Sylph Feather (gains 5% cd reduction per pallet break, stacking until 25% cd reduction at 5 pallets)

If you play with one or the other, they both work fine.

If you play with both however, they start working fine until you stack the green addon, your Hellfire cd gets increased instead of decreased.

Hellfire normal cd: 7 seconds

Hellfire with both addons (green addon stacked to full): about 12~ seconds
