Stridor is appearantly still multiplikative and fully countered by Iron Will
Description of Iron Will: Reduces the volume of Grunts of Pain while in the Injured State by 80/90/100 %.
Description of changes for Stridor: Reversal: reverted the previous nerf from three years earlier, making Stridor add its effect instead of multiplying it with others. This means that if another Perk reduces the volume to 0 %, Stridor can raise it to reduced levels of up to 50 % again.
Result: Out of chase, survs are almost inaudible, and inaudible in chase (apart from steps and other things that Iron Will does not affect)

That is definitely not 50%, and this is Bill, one of the loudest Survs. Bill has Iron Will equipped, I have Stridor equipped
