Why is it not loading
I bought some auric cells on the ps4 version of dead by daylight and now it's refusing to load and constantly says unable to connect to store, customer service is taking forever to respond so does anyone know any solutions

Its a known issue. They're investigating it.

No they just said they're investigating it. This was about an hour ago. They should have it sorted soon enough. Its affecting a lot of people.
