Console- chucky audio and red stain working incorrectly

If the killer is playing chucky and uses hide ho mode then quickly uses slice and dice the red stain will not dissappear and no warning audio will play such as the wind up grunt and scream. There are also issues with him being invincible to pallet stuns while in slice and dice as well as the knife swing visual also not showing.
