I link my steam account to the wrong email, now i can't link it to my main email even tho i unliked

Sorry for bringing this up, i have seen others talk about, but after seen the release of cross-progression, i linked my ps4 account with my main email, and try to link my steam account to, to enable cross-progression, but says i can't that its link with another account, even tho i unliked it already, any help or ways to fix it? thanks, i follow a link to support to email them, but sends me to a page with their socials, not contact, and really need the progression, since i have bought killers there, and other characters, and have progress a lot, thanks
