Why dont i have the killers from when i transfered from xbox?
i came from xbox with all the killers but a few new ones and now i dont have some of the dlc ones like twins, oni, and blight to name a few. is it because i bought them on the xbox store?

The best way to sync everything up is to run DBD on every platform you have it on, and update each to the latest version. Once you do that and link everything most of your stuff should be there. If not you'll have to reach out to dev support.
