New killer: The lover, perks, mori, back story and power.
I will start by introducing his back story: Eros Cupid, forsaken by his kin in the tender dawn of his existence, found salvation in the arms of Sister Lisa McCarter, a compassionate nun tending to an orphanage. His early days under her care were a tapestry of gratitude; he flourished quickly, his sharp mind and endearing charm drawing constant attention. In those nascent years, he earned the name Eros Cupid, not by birth but by the nature of his soul—forever entwined with the hearts of others, always attuned to their emotions, a silent orchestrator of human connections.
As adolescence dawned, a dark longing twisted within him. His affection for Sister Lisa morphed into a consuming obsession. Feigning illness to garner her concern, bartering his meals for a monopoly on her conversations, he spiraled into a frenzy of possessiveness. His envy turned violent; he began to assault those who dared to seek her company, culminating in murder.
Upon reaching the age when he was expected to leave the orphanage, rage and desperation consumed him. In a final, horrific act, he took Lisa’s life, devouring her heart in a macabre bid to keep her essence with him forever. He shattered her skull, preserving her brain as a grisly memento. Yet, the shadows cloaked his sins, and he evaded capture.
Thrust into the wider world, Eros’s obsessions multiplied. Each new fixation drove him further into madness, the craving for human hearts becoming his dark sustenance. His legend ends with a spectral leap from a towering building, his body never found, vanishing into the ether. His existence, now myth, a whispered tale of love turned lethal
his power: Power: cupid’s arrow.
The Lover is a sinister killer who wields the power of Cupid’s Arrow. This ability reduces his terror radius, allowing him to creep up on survivors unnoticed. And finally, the mori: The figures danced effortlessly with the survivor, spinning it around their arm in a graceful pirouette to position themselves behind it. With one hand gripping the survivor's neck, they plunged the other into its chest, ripping out the heart in a single fluid motion. The survivor collapsed to the ground as the figure took a triumphant bite of the heart. With a flourish, they bowed deeply, the scene a perfect blend of elegance and brutality.
