Pinhead's Gateway Placement Bug

As the title, there is a bug where Pinhead can place his gateway on the railings at the entrance of the main house in Haddonfield. These railings, after a recent update, have added standing points, allowing Pinhead to place the gateway on them. This should not be possible as these railings are not supposed to be objects that players can stand on.

    Additionally, when the map has a two-story structure, sometimes when Pinhead places his gateway from the lower floor to the upper floor, the gateway occasionally gets stuck just below the ceiling. This might be due to map generation issues, causing a standing point to be created under the ceiling where it shouldn't exist. Please address this problem as well.
