Rubber banding (getting worse)

1-updated PC, updated drivers, connection varying between 40 and 60ms during the game

2-Game runs without any stutter

3-however, the rubber banding problem constantly occurs, playing as killer the rubber banding problem is even worse, as if the game was ultra laggy (again I confirm that my connection was stable)

4-The problem started between patch 8.0.2 and patch 8.1.0 (and remains so to this day)

5-It happens in every match, regardless of which surv or killer I'm using.
