Crashing every time I click on the battle pass

Could anyone help me with a problem I'm having? I started playing dbd again today, every time I click on the battle pass and the cutscene in the new episode starts, the game freezes and I have to close it in the task manager, sometimes it happens when the game is loading too, I've already tried contacting the support but the bot that responds is useless
