2v8 Caged inside a Hook, cannot rescue.

Title says everything. In 2v8 maps where the Hooks still spawn, the caged survivor can appear inside the hook, causing them to be stuck and die regardless of hook state. I'd attach screenshots, but the forum won't let me?

Had this as well, also hooks appear on the map afterwards. See picture (was inside the hook).
