PC - Perk Fast Track does not work with Specialist and/or Brand New Part

Had 15-18 tokens on Fast Track and 6 on Specialist.

Had unused anniversary toolbox with Brand New Part and Wire Spool.

Go to gen, start it with teammate (he has no perks or items for gens) and use a toolbox.

Succeed at difficult Skill Check.

Generator's Repair requirement is reduced by add-on and perk Specialist, Fast Track tokens were consumed but didn't give any gen progress.

    I then also tried to report by going in settings>support and my whole PC froze.
