Issue: The new fast vault after being hit achievement gains progress if you fast vault after someone else is hit.

Steps to reproduce: Spam vault a pallet while your friend takes a hit across the map from you.

Happened to me on against an Onryo on Lery's (We had an instant DC the moment the TVs turned on and I can't be bothered playing out a bot match at 5 gens)
