CONSOLE - Bardic inspiration bugged

BiggusDingus

I was playing with Bardic Inspiration today and noticed that the dice roll animation "rolled" for way longer than it ever did. After playing out the animation I noticed I never received the blue buff icon, and did not see significant generator progress after supposedly being under the influence of a D20 BI and hitting a great skill check. This happened every time I tried to use the perk that match. I cannot tell yet if the buff does apply to nearby survivors, as I was playing solo.
