Dead Hard not working

So I'm not sure what is triggering this, it doesn't have to do with the endurqnce bug I think, but ever since the update Dead Hard is not working for me. I time it perfectly, but end up exhausted on the ground every single time. It already happens often where the latency doesn't register the Dead Hard in time and you end up dead,but since I don't get exhausted I know it's latency. But like in the video attached I should not have been downed and granted the endurance hit.

This seems to be happening everygame since the update where the timing seems perfect, but it doesn't grand me the endurance hit. Unless there has been a hadden nerf to Dead Hard, this doesn't seem right.
