Hi, I didn't know in which section to put this so I put it here.

• Description of the issue

I can't access my BHVR account in order to link for cross progression so I tried to send a help request. It told me to "verify" myself through a link they sent me via email but when I click it, it just brings up a white page that doesn't load or anything.

Click link from verification email sent from submitting a help ticket

• How often does this occur
