Remote hook flashlight save hooks saver and keeps person on my shoulder

I play on playstation, and someone came to blind me while I was picking them up, so to prevent this I pressed remote hook the same time he blinded me. Somehow, this hooked the flashlight saver, and left the person I picked up on my shoulder and couldn't wiggle off. we tried everything, pallet stuns, blinds, picking someone else up and having them wiggle off, hooking people, stuffing them through exit gate, waiting for timer, and nothing worked. If you plan to use remote hook in another event, please patch this.
